Cancellation Policy
We require a minimum of 72 hrs notice for a date change or appointment cancellation. If the appointment is cancelled outside of the 72hr policy, a 50-100% service charge will apply. NEW CLIENTS may use their Booking Retainer ONE TIME if cancelled or rescheduled within 72hrs. Failure to give 72hr notice will result in loss of your retainer and/Or service charge to the card on file. In addition, you may not be rescheduled in the future. “NO SHOWS” will be charged 100% of service amount. No show fees will be charged to the credit card on file.
